Awesome. Very nice podcast, super informative. Cool illustration too.

Pretty informative! I personally would like to hear more of your thinking proccess than about technical and software issues. but one thing i'd like to know is: do you use brush with penpressure-sensitive-opacity or are you painting opaquely like you would with real paint?
thx for doing these!! take care

I enjoyed this one a lot both the chat and the painting technique. Gave me some ideas to experiment with myself.

Looking forward to the next one!

Do you ever use the tilt function of your Intuous to adjust the size of your brush?

These are always inspiring and exciting. I love hearing about thoughts and philosophies on art and illustration from you and your friends. Keep doing these when you can.

I just finished watching your Tom Cruise painting and I gotta say I enjoyed it very much. It's really inspiring. I've been practicing painting in photoshop lately and I learned lots of things from your podcast.

I'm just wondering what are your brush settings when you usually paint? Things like flow %.

Anyways I look foward to more great work! Thanks.

I'm a photographer and I thoroughly enjoyed your post. I find the way that you deal with a light source, very interesting and quite similar to how I deal with a light source.

Joe, thank you so much for offering a look into your process and style--it's so inspiring to see accomplished artists working the details out. I'm inspired to paint something today. Thanks!

Joe! I love your work but you haven't updated in a month, I hope you post some new videos soon. I can't wait to see more, thanks for making these, they're very interesting.

Ruffy, thanks for the kind words, but these videos were added two weeks ago.

I'll try to keep updated as much as I can.

I came across your videos on YouTube as I was browsing for something to help me learn how to digitally paint. I usually color with a comic book style, so your podcasts have been very informational and helpful to me. Looking forward to seeing more of them in the future!

Also, I'd love to see you paint a woman! Amy Adams comes to mind because of Enchanted, ha ha ha. I think it'd be nice to see you tackle that since we've seen you work on a variety of men.

Thank you for coming back, filling my brain with valuable information and making my eyes staying freezed at the screen. For a color noob like me it seems like pure magic to see you work so fast. Do you have some tips on how to practice color theory or how to establish a consitent color palette?

I'd really appreciate any advice =)

Thanks again and keep up the good work!
